Common questions

How do I get Pro back on a new phone?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, using the same Apple ID you bought Pro with.

How do I cancel my subscription?
On your iPhone go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Puperino and tap Cancel Subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.

How do I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Stay Mode ended my session when I locked my phone.
Locking your screen is allowed in Stay Mode, but your iPhone needs a passcode for Puperino to notice it's locked. Set one in Settings → Face ID & Passcode.

The Lock Screen timer didn't disappear.
If a session ends while the app is asleep, the Lock Screen shows "Done!" until you open Puperino. Tap it and it goes away.

How do I add the widget?
Long-press your Home Screen, tap +, search for Puperino and pick a size. The widget is part of Pro.

Can I delete my data?
Everything is stored on your phone. In the app go to Settings → Reset everything, or delete the app. See the Privacy Policy for purchase data.
